How do I get to have a successful podcast?

What makes podcasting special is that whatever topic you talk about, there is going to be an interested audience. The meaning of success can be different for each person. For some, success means having millions of listeners, and for others it means having a smaller but loyal audience.

Three things are important:

• Choose topics that really interest you. Enthusiasm is contagious and if your listeners notice it, they will pay more attention to what you say.
• Be consistent. Each podcast has its own plans. But your audience doesn't want to wait a year to hear the next episode.
• Equipment is the key for a good quality podcast. While we believe that you can make a podcast with the basics and low budget, to improve your quality you'll have to invest a little more.
