Analytics & statistics

Acast also provides a DPA, but doesn't publicly document an EU or Germany-based server location; its sub-processor list points to AWS infrastructure in the US, and Acast's DPA states personal data may be processed within the EEA or in countries the European Commission considers adequate. Both offer embed players that don't require tracking cookies: Podigee markets its player as cookie-free with no tracking, and Acast states its embed player sets no cookies and currently has Google Analytics tracking disabled.
