Press Release – Podigee Enables Video Podcasts on Spotify as One of the First Premium Partners
Partnership empowers podcast creators with simplified publishing and expanded monetization options on Spotify

Podigee is expanding its podcast workflow to include video. Effective immediately, podcasters can publish their video podcasts directly from Podigee to Spotify. This makes Podigee one of the first Premium Partners to support Spotify’s new, integrated video publishing workflow.
For podcasters, this means audio and video can now be produced, managed, and distributed directly to Spotify within the familiar Podigee workflow for the first time – without additional tools, manual uploads, or complex workarounds. The focus remains on high-quality audio, complemented by video as an additional channel for discovery and monetization.
One Workflow, Multiple Formats
Podcasting remains an audio-first medium. However, visibility is becoming increasingly visual. New formats, platform feeds, and clips are playing an ever-growing role in the discovery of new shows. Podigee is responding to this trend with a clear approach: record once, distribute across channels – without losing the essential character of the podcast.
With this new integration, podcasters can export video episodes directly from Podigee to Spotify. Audio and video podcasts are handled within the same workflow that Podigee users already know and trust.
Early Access as a Spotify Premium Partner
Podigee is one of the first hosting platforms globally selected by Spotify as a Premium Partner for the new video podcast workflow. This close collaboration allows Podigee customers to benefit early from Spotify opening its platform to external hosting providers. Beyond simplified publishing, the integration opens up new monetization opportunities. Podcasters can access the Spotify Partner Program via Spotify and monetize video content directly through premium video formats and advertising – all without leaving their existing infrastructure.
Sustainable Growth for Podcasters and Publishers
"Podcasting thrives on trust, depth, and long-term relationships with the audience," says Mateusz Sojka, Founder of Podigee. "Video extends these strengths by adding reach and improving discoverability."
